Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us at Lanjewelry@outlook.es, providing your order number and the reason for the return. Please note that you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. After this period, we will no longer accept the product for return. If you choose to return an order, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Our customer service team will review your return request and send further instructions if the return is approved. Returned items must be in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

All returned items must be unused, in the same condition in which they were received, and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns, If the item returned is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund or exchange.
Customized products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Non-returnable items include those purchased from third-party retailers, incorrect products ordered by the customer, and items damaged due to customer mishandling.
LAN reserves the right to deny any return request.


WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT?

Please contact our customer service team at Lanjewelry@outlook.es to initiate the return process. Make sure to include the following information:
• Order number
• Proof of purchase
• Photo or video of the item 
• Full shipping address
• Phone number

In some cases, you may be asked to provide a video or photo of the defective item as proof in order to receive a refund or replacement.


HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?

Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the date we receive your returned item. We will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
For returned items, a full refund will be issued for the returned products. For non-defective items, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

All refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the issuing bank within 14 business days after we receive the returned item or the cancellation request.
Please contact your card issuer if you have questions about when the credit will be reflected in your account.

If you have not yet received your refund, please:
• Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

You may modify or cancel an order within 6 hours of placing it. To do so, please send an email to Lanjewelry@outlook.es with your order number and your request. Our team will be happy to assist you.
