SHIPPING POLICY

How long will my order take to arrive?
The estimated delivery time is 24 to 72 hours from the moment your order leaves our warehouse, except when the order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday. In that case, the order will be processed on the next business day.

All our shipments are insured and come with a tracking number to help ensure successful delivery.

Please note:
• If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and does not notify us within minutes after placing the order (before the package is processed), and the package cannot be delivered due to the incorrect address, no refund will be issued. A second shipment of the package will be at the customer’s expense.
• If the carrier cannot contact the customer at the time of delivery, a notice will be left in the mailbox. If the package is not picked up within the stated time frame, it will be returned to the warehouse, and the order will be considered lost, with no refund option available.
• Once a package has been shipped, it is not possible to change the delivery address, as deliveries are handled by external courier companies. We do not have the authority to modify the shipping address after the order leaves our warehouse. Therefore, if the customer entered the wrong address, moved, or provided incomplete information, they will be responsible for any loss of the package.
• In some cases, shipping delays may occur due to issues with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for refunding orders delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
• If you decide to cancel an order (as long as it has not yet been shipped), a cancellation fee of 6.99 USD will apply.
